Changing a visit

Treatment weeks change. If you need to move a visit, call or text when you know. If you are unwell, or have a fever, call your oncology team and then us. We would rather move the visit than see you unwell.

Clean needles

Every needle is sterile, single-use and opened in front of you. Used needles go straight into a sharps container.

A room without scent

We use no perfume, oils, incense or moxa, and we ask visitors to skip perfume and scented lotions.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We write to your oncology team only with your written permission.

Your words

Please do not put medical details in a message to us. We ask for them at your visit.
